The house was fully renovated to a brief that lives somewhere between Ralph Lauren and Wes Anderson — Cape Cod bones, English country layers, color held in check by a Slim Aarons hand. Inside: hotel-grade linens, Aesop in every bath, brass pulls, a kitchen that earns chef's kisses, and a fireplace in the living room for the months that deserve it.

And — across the street — a private stretch of Lake Michigan beach, reached through deeded rights reserved for homes in The Riviera. A two-minute walk, or a thirty-second bike ride.

Yes. The cedar hot tub and outdoor sauna are available year-round. Operating instructions arrive with your pre-stay guide.

How many guests can stay?

The maximum occupancy is 12 guests, including children and infants. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, and parties, smoking, vaping, and unapproved events are not permitted.

How does cleaning work?

The home is professionally cleaned between stays. Any cleaning fee and checkout instructions are shown during booking; no surprise requirements are added after you reserve.

Is parking available?

Yes. Free on-site parking is available for three to four cars, and there is a Tesla EV charger in the driveway.
